Q&A with Keep This Up

Petersborough, UK based pop-punk band Keep This Up filled out a quick Q&A for us!

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION OF YOUR BANDMATES WHEN YOU MET?

We each were impressed by each other and got on really quickly. We each have quite a bit in common.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY PLAYING SHOWS?

Unfortunately, I have not had the chance to play any shows due to Covid.

WHAT ARTIST WOULD BE YOUR DREAM COLLABORATION?

We each range from bands like Green Day to Bowling For Soup to Trash Boat. There’s so many bands we look up to that we would love to work with.

WHAT SONG ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF AND WHY?

Definitely “Punchlines,” we went through a lot to get this song recorded and released through the last year. We are really proud of it.

WHAT IS YOUR GO-TO GAS STATION ORDER?

Honestly depends where we are. Definitely the sort of people that would go to McDonald’s.

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR NON-MUSICAL INFLUENCES?

For most of us it’s our family or friends. They help influence what we do and encourage us.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO YOUR YOUNGER SELF?

I think we’d all encourage ourselves to change aspects of our lives, it varies, but we’d definitely tell ourselves not to lose hope and give up.

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THE YEAR?

So we have an EP coming out soon and a live show 4th June in Peterborough. Then we’re looking forward to shows/tours and releasing more music.
